A $100 consultation fee in the form of a deposit is required to secure your first appointment. This deposit is fully redeemable off the cost of your treatment on the day or up to 4 weeks post your consultation.
If you decide not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will used to cover the consultation fee.
Your next appointment will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
A deposit, calculated on the length of the appointment, is required to secure your appointment when booking. The deposit is fully redeemable off the cost of your treatment on the day.
I held off introducing this policy as I hoped it was not necessary. Unfortunately due to the time spent chasing appointment confirmations, along with the inconvenience to other patients and the financial burden it places on my business I have been left with no option but make it a requirement.

You will receive a confirmation text 3 days prior to your appointment.
Please confirm you will be attending your appointment by replying ‘Y’ to this message once it is received.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact Attentive Aesthetics immediately.
If you do not reply within 24hrs a follow up message will be sent.
Your deposit will be forfeited and appointment cancelled if a response is not received 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Should you provide at least 48hrs notice, you may reschedule and the deposit will be transferred to that appointment.
Should you fail to respond to the second confirmation message, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
Should you cancel, fail to attend or attempt to reschedule on the day of your appointment you will be charged a $250 fee (minus the deposit paid).
This is based on 50% of 1ml of lip filler or an average wrinkle relaxer treatment.
Further appointments will not be confirmed until the cancelation fee has been paid.
As a small business ‘no shows’, cancelling or rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hours notice has a considerable financial impact.
It inconveniences other patients that may have altered their own schedule as their requested appointment time was not available, when in actual fact they could have attended at their preferred time.
I pride myself on professionalism, time management and providing superior patient service. This is impacted by the above.
The intention of the deposit is to reduce the time that is wasted by late notice changes in appointing. This will allow me to continue providing my valued patients with a bespoke cosmetic injectables experience.
